I have a pain in my forearm, its not severe can still play. The pain occurs when I pronate my arm. No pain in elbow, just beyond it.
had it for 5 days. got injury after I had played the best ever was hitting better than i normally do, doing lots of smashes.
but also was doing jumping back smashes using my wrist to get a downward stroke, which i don't ususally do.
Really hope its not tennis elbow!

Sure sounds like it tho'. Too late for ice. You could use some Ibuprofen and rest it.
Then burden the NHS and get someone to confirm the diagnosis and give proper advice. Good luck.

If it's not severe, i suggest you should rest and let it heal. I know i had a minor tennis elbow injury - but i did not rest and went to play 2-3 days later. Ended up pulling the muscles bad and was out for at least 2 weeks :( Good luck!
