To follow what shoes your coach wears

    .
It could be a good idea to follow what shoes your coach wears (since you 2 are playing on the same type of surface).
    :):):)

you can try a brand new KX models, the KX BDS 010.
costing around rm 150 and below, but the cushions and durability can matchs the high end models. :)

There are a lot of choices at AJ puchong. In fact all the reputable brands. Got my asic gel blade there for 280. Shb92 is 270.
For your budget theres Li Ning and Victor from 180 onwards.

If you are not willing to travel, then get the V1130 , cushioning should be great and Asics got good durability.

I must say, this pair of shoes looks good. Different from the rest, and has that hybrid tennis court shoes look.

i recommend Asics or Mizuno, since you can wear it as casual.
typical badminton brand might not fit on casual wear.

if you want comfort and cushioning, you should go for asics, asics gel rocket 5 should cost you rm200 and the gel 1130v should cost you rm240. asics definitely is very reputable leader in cushioning.

but if you want something cheaper, u can try mizuno shoes. they are also volleyball shoes but have the same characteristic as badminton shoes as they are meant for indoor sports. why i mention mizuno is because they are also famous for their cushioning technology and because there is a sale now, u can get the mizuno wave blocker 7 thats normally priced at rm300 at rm150. that is cheap considering that it has a lot of technology and doesnt look to bad as well.

im not too sure, but if im not mistaken the 1130v has gel cushioning at the hill and forefoot, whilst the rocket only has gel cushioning at the hill. but then again im not too sure bout this. well not at selayang, but u can go to gardens mall, its on the 3rd floor. even after factor in travel expenses its still cheaper.
