I have rackets with BG66 white and BG66 Gold strings. I realized the Gold ones are harder and create ridges/ grooves with other string it is resting on. The white string feels more slippery as if there is additional layer of wax and thus less ridges/ grooves on adjacent string. Is my observation correct?
