Hey guys, Im new to Lee's and Im more of a volleyball player, but just getting started with badminton and one of Lee's rules are proper shoes, I went there once and they said running shoes are not good enough. Will volleyball shoes work? Im not sure what they mean when they say the soles of the shoes must be a sand type sole.
Lee's rule is only to protect their court mats from being scratched by shoes that are marking. But of course they want you to buy their badminton shoes at their pro shop and most of the "proper shoes" are "sand-colour"!
Ahhh, ic ic, So if the soles of my volleyball shoes are also "sand colour" i should be able to use them right?? saves me alot of money $$$$
many badminton players use volleyball shoes and yes the "sand" refers to the gum type outer sole used on most court shoes. the main difference between volleyball and badminton shoes are the thicker soles volleyball shoes generally have.
