Yes, this is a weird one. There's a picture here that should help. When doing the mains, skip H (head) 8, 10, 12 and 14 and T (throat) 11. Start (or finish, if doing bottom up) the crosses at H6 and skip H7, 9, and 11 and end (or start) at T9, like Yonex.
Max tension is 28lbs if I remember correctly. I'm pretty sure it says somewhere on the shaft of the racket.
