Favourite string colour and favourite grip colour?

Do you have a favourite string colour or grip colour or do you just care about the grip or string itself not the appearance?

For string colour I like neon green, black and a variety of blue. For grip I love black. I don't have to worry about the grip turning black itself and black seems to keep its tackiness longer than others, at least that was what I observed with the grips I've used.

I've seen people play and their white grip is like now semi black grip and very dry! It's disgusting

I think my school badminton coach is on crack. Unless I'm not understanding wut he's saying, but it seems that he thinks different colors of yonex grap feel different or something. Quote 'purple feels the best'.

I prefer white string always, grip doesn't matter as long as it sticks.

He put purple Ashaway on main and blue bg66 on cross!

damn crux, thats a crazy combination... i wonder how that actually plays having one type of strings on main, and another on cross. perhaps you could ask your friend how it feels

as for string and grip... i usually like to match the colours with my racket

on my ti-10 i'd prefer red strings, but have white for now and a red overgrip to go with the frame colour

with the mp77 i have a grey overgrip and blue bg70

Black seems to match with everything

I haven't seen red strings other than one on Ebay that came with an MP100 SE (BG 68 Ti).

On my MP77 - I have beige strings with silver grip , MP99 - yellow strings with black grip, Cab 20 - All black !
