Birmingham WC
Hi,
Is it too big risk to rely that I will buy a ticket for Saturday and Sunday finals on place when I arrive on Friday night? Thanks

TN,
Don't live in the UK but checking the box office site, it looks like good tickets are still available. Why don't you buy online?

I hope there are still tickets left. It says on the website the availability is 'good' but i don't know how good that means.

I have never seen the National indoor arena in Birmingham full for a badminton event.
Even during All England, they were approximately 50-60% full on finals day.
You will definetly be able to get a ticket on a Friday, but just that the best seats are already taken. Often though, the 'reserved seats' are free, as supporters move from end to end depending on whos playing.

Are semifinals more crowded at NIA? There's more matches and therefore, better value for money.

Most people I know are planning on going on Friday, and maybe the finals if they can make it. It is true that you get better value for money on quarter and semi-finals, but that is true in any of the tournaments.
Unless someone else thinks of why not.
