What a unique place indeed! High up on the 37th floor, no roof top, residential units making up the four walls, a little wind but when it rains, don't come.

I suppose the flooring is either concrete or tiled or could it be rubberised?

What about the lighting? Can still see the shuttle past 7 pm?

It will be unusual if you can enjoy playing a good game in such conditions.

But tank2008, please visit the place and give us a review.

i focus more on the way i play.. rosli n his wife, alice are also great..

i enjoy the game.. even though 1 of my racket broke..

Just now we went there though already received msg from Rosli that it was raining, as my new office is in the same building too. Regret that it rained and didn't have chance to meet this group of new friends. But certainly will have chance to meet in the near future.

    Observation in short time:
The light seems a bit deem, compared to sports hall.
On higher floor, exactly like normal HDB flats, the court is in the center, thus surrounding by residents' houses, . Lower half is business office & shops.
Floor is concrete of course as it is open air, wooden can't last due to rain.
As Thomas said the only court is on 37th floor, but toilet is on 36th floor, a bit inconvenient.
    Didn't find water cooler.
Got one shower inside the male toilet. Likely need to queue for shower.

The feeling is not bad, enough for me to enjoy games and sweat. Haha...

No sir, we didn't play as it was raining in the evening. I meant that the court is good enough for me to enjoy games.

    Thank you all so much.

    Very nice pics from hola4.

I wish hola4 could shoot the "top" to give a better idea of the "tallest" badminton court in the world (wow! another first for S'pore? hehehe )

I believe there is no special court lights and the lighting comes from the surrounding 'wall' buildings.

The court looks very professional and tastefully drawn and painted (?).

I'm sure players will be very much encouraged by the open viewing gallery that may attract fans to come and cheer.

BTW, an excellent place to practise the very, very high serve to confuse your opponent, especially when there is a gasp of naughty wind to assist the already dizzling flight.

    Hi Rosli

Starting from 17th May, pls reserve 3 slots for us. Thus I think 1 court 3 hours will be better.

Myself may leave earlier to attend my own session at Yew Tee. But when no court booked at Yew Tee, I will stay to play till last minute and then go for coffee with everybody after game.

Btw, I will also bring shuttles.
