Hi, i was wondering which racket is better at offensice, fast , attacking for doubles? i am scared to choose between armortec 900 and arcsaber because, 2 of my friends i have known, the strung their racket at 24 pounds for armortec 900 power and the 3 o cloc kand 9 o clock broke from smashes or clears.
The 900P will have the most power, the 9900 will be the fastest and the arc10 will be between the two in terms of speed and power.
which is more suitable for my doubles game? i am currently using the Wilson k-rival strung with bg-65 at 24 pounds. i am a attacking player, i love to ssmash from the back court
Fastest would be the NS9900 and most powerful if you're able to flex the shaft, otherwise the arc10 among your choices. At900t would be a better choice over the at900p since it's faster and can still deliver the punch you need.
i also heared and seen people breaking their armortec 900 power or techinquie easily from smash or clears, at 3 of 9 o clock
What weight of racket, string and stringer? The 4U's had a problem with string pulling through the frame but that was at the bottom not the top. Out of the group, the 900P is the most head heavy with a "stiff" shaft. The 9900 is extra stiff but head light so regardless of your swing speed will not generate as much power as the AT900P... It's a very fast racket though and great for defence. If you're a big smasher and that's all you want to do then go that way but keep in mind that if you have a poor defence then a head heavy racket will just make that worse. You're basically making your strength better but your weaknesses worse.
Both of my at900's have had no problems with durability and I've had mine for awhile, mind you mine are 3U so prob more durable than 4U? Maybe they had a bad batch or something?
