To the best of my knowledge SP can designate a country code or region code. SP on the shaft of the racquet is a region code which indicates that the racquet is destined for distribution in Asia. SP in the serial number designates a country code which in this case is Singapore.
I could be wrong, but I thought all Ti-10s were considered "Long" (674mm). If you see SP on the shaft, that just means that the racquet was to be distributed in Asia.
If you are curious about country codes, you might check out this thread:

Hope that answers your question.

G'day,
To the best of my knowledge, Yonex did release a regular length version of Ti-10. However this was only ever released in Japan and was not sold outside land of Gozilla. All the Ti-10s I've ever come across have been long version. (Correct me if I am wrong here Kwun/Cheung/Mag/Cooler/YYFan!
)
If you want something that beats MP77 in power, look for a MP100 or Iso Ti SP-SX. Be quick though as both of these rackets have been earmarked for discontinuation!
In my racket collection, I agree that Ti-10 is the most powerful of all.

dont go full power
power can be achieve by praticing shots and learning how to correctly hit them. power is good, but it wont always win you games
