    Good decision on MS?

At least juniors will be physically fit and in good shape before they learn the finer points,

provided they can last and avoid injury of course.

Misbun Sidek rejects BAM offer to coach the juniors, including his son.

The politicians are out rolling their drums politicking with the issue and interfering with the BAM.

So the Misbun chapter comes to a close, rather then going out as a winner who can take on new challenges

and revive the team thru the juniors,he opts to leave since LCW is not in the picture.

A big letdown as it would appear there is a lack of team and fighting spirit and more of a desire to be at courtside at the Olympics and like

so many others like him, a desire to stay in the comfort zone instead of tackling change face-on.

Parting note with Frost's rebuttal when criticised by you know who for not creating champions -"a good coach is one who can produce world beaters from nobodies".

Hope mods will close this thread as it is redundant, there is no point in flogging a dead horse.

Hmm, this thread is still open?

It is a strange phenomenon when people are PAID to do a job, have done it reasonably well

but start demanding or are treated like a legend/hero, whilst in reality they are only performing

what they have been handsomely paid for.

It would be different when people sacrifice their lives for their community or do voluntary work because of their labour of love,

but we are now talking about professionals paid to do a job, who can probably be replaced by mercenaries.

Its probably all in the culture where we regularly reward people who merely do their job, when in the first place, they are supposed

to do their job as their duty to the tax-payers or customers. What about people who dont even do their job but are still being paid,

do we owe them a living, in many places they would have been fired!

MS has done reasonably well but just needs to see the big picture. It looks like a case of not keeping up with the times and staying too long.

Misbun did not complain, blame or giving any excuses, he kept all his problems to himself. What you said about him is just your perception, ...

    bro, let it go...;)

    Agreed, close the thread.

This thread is merely to provide alternative views to another one with other perceptions

dominated by a pack ,to provide a balanced view. You are welcome to comment on that thread too,

    ie.your perceptions.
