---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- racket model: Yonex Voltric 80 shaft serial: 9850336 cone code : 21xxxx source : Store in Hong-Kong ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- Hi guys, would love you oppinions of this racket and if its legit. I can get it for 1300 SEK (~200USD) and its used only once (according to the seller) Seems to be a fairly good price if its the real deal but not in the mood to get a realy expensive copy. Here are some photos i got from the seller. : P Thx in advance
can everyone specify, instead of leaving out, the two most important pieces of information? - where you bought it from? - how much?
According to the seller he bought it on a trip to Hong-Kong about a month ago. When it comes to what he paid for it i dont know
According to the seller he bought it on a trip to Hong-Kong about 1 month ago. He wants to sell it for ~200 USD (1300 Swedish kronor). What he paid i dont know
The number combination of the shaft and cone code is possible, then it would be 211202SP. Pictures look alright as well. Price is probably 20 euro more than what he paid depending on where exactly and it is used and you have no warranty but you save on shipping cost ...
Agree with demolidor, the shaft serial & cone code checks out. Seems genuine. However, i'm a nitpicker. Noticed a difference with the paint job, typeface alignment at the shaft. The wording, Voltric 80, has alot of whites below VOLTRIC. This is in comparison with a genuine piece that is with me now. Also, the color of '80' numbering should be in champagne gold, however this cannot be concluded from photos. Pic below for comparison.
Thx guys, im gonna buy it and hope for the best. If its fake ill guess ill take it as an expensive lesson Might post some more pictures taken with a high def camera after i get it just to make sure
kenee: is that a SP version? Looking at the photos in this thread http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/95225-Yonex-Voltric-80SP-VT80SP It looks like its more white on that one aswel. Not 100% sure but maybe some small diferences in the paintjobs for SP and none-SP, i will post some better pictures once i get the racket
All three mentioned pictures are SP-coded.. So it's just nitpicking then. All three pictures has a slight difference in the white gradient. Back to OP, good luck with your purchase, and let's hope it's the genuine one, and you'll enjoy the the power of the racket.
please check mine too Sir I bought it from an unusual source as they were giving it to me at very low cost and that has no PBSI mark or any Sunrise hologram..It has only Yonex hologram... Shaft no. 7654500 Cone code: 201202JP And it looks like a new and original (might be) and same as all pictures got from internet.. Have doubt please help me to clear this... If needed then I can post some pictures of this racquet... Thank you.
