Mines dropped about a pound in three weeks, and I gently manually pre-stretched it. Seems to have levelled off though.

Yeah very true, but then again I didn't say "This crap is just as bad as VS850!" did I?

Okay, so the Battle of the .68's, huh? Well, VS850 still has the nicest feel and hold. It's just so lovely and tactile and that's why people like it so much. ZM67 and BG80 probably have a slight edge in repulsion, with a slight edge to BG80 as a solid all-rounder.
it's perhaps a case of VS850 the quirky but happy go lucky guy, BG80 strong silent type, and ZM67 loud newcomer.

what does pre strectching means, and how can it be done?

prestretch means pulling on the string at your desired tension before you string your racket. this reduces the creep/tension loss for most strings.
you'll lose the initial crisp feeling of a fresh set of strings. but hey, consistency is better than huge difference in "feeling" from week to week unless you plan to change strings every few days
there is setting on the digital machine, or do it manually

I just noticed this on my last strung racket, it is a small solid hard blister like on the string surface. This reel is the new generation Zy67, anyone has seen this ? This is for sure a quality issue.

Looks like a spec of dust got coated in the outer layer. Big deal. I'm sure it happens once every 20000 meters.

I have bought few new red Zymax70 and BG80 three months ago from Stringerworld. Lowest price on Zymax and cheap postage.
I used Zymax70 on two different racquets at tension of 24lbx26lb. After more than 40 hours (15 and 25)of court time, there is no sign of fraying on both racquets. It is as durable as BG65. My other racquet used BG80 had frayed strings after first hour and snapped after about 20 hours.
Zy70 has better repulsion than BG65 and similar to BG80. For smashing, BG65 has slightly edge and a tad faster than other two strings.
I will probably order some old Zy67 and BG66 UM to try.
BTW, Only the package shows Zymax 70, only "Ashway Zymax" printed on strings. The BG80 and BG65 have mark as "Yonex BG xx" on strings.

For fun I got some ZM62 to try just now. Any advise how to string this compared to ZM67?

I run ZM67 at somewhere between 24-26 depending on the racket.

Did you just suggest 26lbs for ZM62?
That is only viable, if you have your own stringing machine, or have access to cheap labour, and can source these strings really cheap
Maklike, I had the ZM62@24lbs on my SW35 broke within a couple of hours, and had no mishit. I suggest you try 24 for yourself, but I can't really say its going to last long...
