Guards for wrist/knee

    I have ACL tear from long ago and have not gone for surgery. But i am still playing badminton. Anyone can recommend a good knee support and a good one for the wrist?

    if u are from malaysia, go to Guardian Pharmacy and get EBENE protector....for knee/ankle/wrist etc etc...google for info.

    This is one of the most supportive and least restrictive that I've found for knee support. Unfortunately they're not easy to find.

    If you need more support than this, then you'll be looking at hinged knee support, which are by nature more restrictive and limits your movement a lot around the court.
