The hard truth is, for a wide footed person, ALL THESE are the SAME IN WIDTH with near ZERO standard deviation in the measured toe front width If you want to buy a wide Yonex shoe, the only wide model available are the JP ones such as SHB81W, SHB81WM and SHBSC5WM which are currently in the market.

The shoes I talked about are: SHB81W SHB81WMD SHBSC5WM Otherwise you can also try Camel Sports who sell these shoes at a much cheaper price although the seller is based in Beijing China and international dealings are a little bit less easy.' Shb 200ex should be available in stores. It is slightly wider than those listed, but not as wide as the jp "w" ones.
+1 If you aren't able to buy from abroad these are the "widest" UK model available, however they are also one of the most expensive AFAIK
