Hi All Competitors

Here on-behalf of the CC and the organizer, we would like to address your concern.

According to the organizer is because of lack of participations but did not elaborate.

All of you could have received calls from the CC staffs that the tournament is cancelled. To what I know, the person-in-charge would be leaving soon and holding the money (sensitive) thus wanted to cancel the event.

Cancellation of the event means there won't be any tournament this year.

I had checked and clarified with the CSC Chairman and the executive committee members; they confirmed that they had approved the budget and wanted the organizer to plan and re-schedule the tournament. To re-schedule means that the tournament is being postponed. Now we are unable to provide the re-schedule date yet is because the person-in-charge could not give us a clear indication but just mentioned that our CC would be doing some renovation work which could take a few months. When? How long? What renovation? We do not know.

As such the organizer instructed the CC to refund all the collected fund first for we were told tentatively by November 2011.

On behalf-of the CC and the organizer, we would like to sincerely apologize to all of you for your disappointment and confusion caused and postponement of the tournament. Once we have a clear indication of the renovation work and it's duration and the CC consent we shall seek the organizer to proceed with the necessary work.

The organizer had set a certain criteria standard for the badminton tournament and do not want to do it hap-hazardly thus have to make a decision to postpone the event.

On behalf-of the CC and the organizer, we hereby seek your utmost kind understanding and hope all of you would continue to support us in the near future. Thank you very much.
