3 knot stringing

I have been wondering about this for some time
because I have seen rackets with 2 or 4 knots but the stringer who strung my racket put 3 knots.
Do you know any stringers which string rackets with 3 knots?

One of the knots probably slipped into the grommet, or it's one piece and he tied it off once. First is more likely

I probably think that the string didnt tie the knot big enough
