    BS - Boys Singles ( U13 / U11 )
    MS - Men Singles ( B / C / D / E )
    GS - Girls Singles ( U13 / U11 )
    WS - Women Singles ( C, D )
    MD - Men Doubles ( A / B / C / D )
    WD - Women Doubles ( C, D )
    MX - Mixed Doubles ( C, D )


    Event Matches:
    All events consist of single-elimination with consolation. All matches with the exception of Consolation Matches are run using the Badminton World Federation (BWF) rules of 21x3 rally point scoring system. ALL Consolation Matches are run using 21x1 rally point scoring system.

    FLIGHTS:
    Flight of an event might be canceled if less than 8 players/teams registered.

    A - Expert / Professional (Open Flight)
    B - Advance
    C - Intermediate
    D - Beginner / Intermediate
    E - Beginner
    Junior U13 - Beginner under 16 years old as of May 28, 2011
    Junior U11 - Beginner under 12 years old as of May 28, 2011
    (Proof of Age such as copy of passport, State ID, or birth certificate is required to register on for J event)


    AWARDS:
    A / B / C / D / E / Junior (U13/U11) Events:
    Trophies or medals will be given to all winners, runner-ups, and consolation winners.


    DEADLINE:
    May 17th - Early Bird registration - Get FREE T-shirt($20 value)
    May 22nd - Last day to register ( NO FREE t-shirt )

    NO FREE t-shirt for registration received after May 17th, 2011. T-shirt quantities and sizes are ordered based on participants registered on/before the last day of registration.

    All entry forms and payments MUST BE RECEIVED by May 22nd, 2011.

    Entries that are INCOMPLETE (Partner has not registered AND/OR no payment) will not be accepted or placed on the draw.

    We are enforcing stricter rules to ensure that the tournament run smoothly and professionally. We hope that all participant work with us to make badminton a more recognized professional sport.


    REGISTRATION RULES:
    Participants are limited to 2 events per day unless approved by the Tournament Director.

    Registration will be limited to ensure tournament is run smoothly.
    - All Singles and Doubles flights are limited to 32 Players / Teams.
    - Participant that plays in E singles event CANNOT play in other singles event AND flight higher than D.
    - Participant that plays in Junior (U13/U11) cannot play in the regular singles event.
    - Participant that plays in E and Junior (U13/U11) event) cannot play in flights higher than D.

    Yonex shuttlecocks are provided in limited basis:
    - B/C/D/E/Junior(U13/U11) Singles events : 2 for main & 1 for consolation
    - A/B/C/D Doubles events : 3 for main & 2 for consolation
    - Yonex shuttlecocks are available purchase during the tournament

    Two (2) methods of registration area available.

    Our online registration requires payment using PayPal. Most major credit cards are accepted. You DO NOT NEED to register for PayPal account to use PayPal.

    2. Manual Hardcopy Registration by Mail or Drop Off

    A $35 fee will be assessed for each returned check.

    EVENT FEES:
    Entry forms are required for EACH player in doubles team.
    $30( A/B/C/D/E ) and $25( Junior U13/U11 ) for 1st event
    ( includes FREE Tournament T-Shirt worth $20 for those register before May 17th, 2011 )
    $15( A/B/C/D/E ) and $10( Junior U13/U11 ) for additional events

    FYI for the bc'ers who are playing and dont use yonex shuttles regularly, they fly a little on the fast side compared to most other shuttles out there. Keep an eye out for this and use it to your advantage if your opponent doesnt check/adjust the shuttle speed before using them. ;) You have been warned/informed!
