    huh? thats like the same spec as the last 10 victor racquets that came out

    It is a newer racket, but it's a lower end model.

    he bought it at a local shop. yesterday he was just using the racket for a warm up and the first hit of the shuttle and the frame came dangling down on the handle. he bought it in June this year but was not used frequently.
