Okay, I'm not going to say this again. Unlike every other racket on the planet, the BS's have a diamond shape. Pointy edges are really bad at holding paint, and even worse when it comes to durability. It wouldn't matter how you coated it, paint is going to chip off much much easier than with other designs. No way around it. Suck it up.

The 12 is actually the best BS for durability. They ditched the holographic panels of the older models which is great because that stuff you could scratch off with your fingernail.

    Yes yes, i knew that.
Just a shame; such a beautiful racket doesn't stay beautiful for too long.

To be fair, i was training, hit constant overhead shots for about 90 minutes then practiced jump smashing.

Just bought the MX80 and BS12 so the SW35 is out of the question!
    ... For now.

It didn't seem like i hit the frame that much. Who knows.
I'm not a pro when it comes to jump smashing though.
My MX80 only came out with a few scratches (though they're permanent)

hey I found a twin here. i just bought those too!
what do you think about those? i just received it yesterday, haven't tried using it.

based on the feel when i swing it around, i like BS12 more. well maybe because it's more head-light.

BS12 is unforgiving if you miss the sweetspot imo. You need a good swing to get the most out of the BS12.
MX80 is a bit slower but is more powerful.

Just so you know, every mishit with the BS12 = a new paint chip. Hehe, no pressure.

Condolences! Coulda been worse though - if it was a Yonex it would be in pieces on the floor.
