Okay, so the burning question this Sunday, is that for essentially the same price as a SW37, I can get a SW310 AND a BS168.

    What should I do?

Wild guess Porky......when the Olympics are on?

Only thing I know for sure is MX60 is start of April....which seems stupid to me to put the thing on the website 4 months before you can actually buy it.

Okay, so with no help from you guys, I just bought a BS10, BS168, and SW310! Should have them by Friday hopefully (thanks as always to RKEP Eric whose customer service is literally the best in the Universe)

Mike, what is your go-to racket these days? Kason F something or other? You seem to be changing rackets every month!

No no, not at all. There is method to my madness!

Up until last week the MX80 has been my go-to for at least 6 months. I play competition with the same racket unless for some reason it's just not working for me - usually falling back to the BS11. But most of the time, it's been the MX80.

When I play socially however, that's when I bring out the new toys.

Recently though - and now that competition is over - and because my rotator cuff is causing me issues, I'm looking for some 'softer' and specifically more shock absorbing alternatives to the 80. Dunno if any of the new acquisitions will be the answer, but it will be fun trying for the next few months!

If it all goes pear-shaped I'll just buy another BS11 for next season and that will probably be my go-to.

Fast, good smash, easy on the arm, non-demanding.......how can you go wrong?

haha, its a good thing you bought the BS168 then. maybe you can compare it with the BS11 as its 4/5 stiff and slightly head heavy and newer too :P

Hmmm, sounds like mx70 would fit you well. How come you didn't like it? I use it instead of mx80 when I need more power or when my arm is tired. Not as telepathically accurate as mx80, but more power for clears and smashes.

I liked the BS11 more for that. The MX70 was no easier on my shoulder than the 80.

What's the exact playing wt of your mx80 and bs11 and mx70? I find that even a 2-3g difference (despite being within a specific U designation) will affect how it plays and feels, especially on the shoulder.

So if you know your wt and bp limits and preference, you could bring a digital scale to your favourite retailer (that never seems to open) in order to select one that is right for you.
