haha, maklike! you seem to change your preference all the time. first BS12 then BS11 now MX80.
maybe your MX80 "training" is making you fall in love with BS10 again
anymore court time with BS168? just wanted to know since it heavier head than BS10

Well, the only thing that made me 'give up' the MX80 is my shoulder.
Originally about a year and a half (maybe even two?) years ago I bought the BS11 and 10 together, and sold the BS10 because I just couldn't wield it....so yeah, maybe the MX80 'trained me' to be able to use it. Really though, there is very little difference, practically, between the BS10 and the MX80. The MX80 is a bit crisper and maybe laterally a bit stiffer, but the BS10 is way better damped.
FYI the BS168 has a BP of 290, and the BS10 is 297. The 168 on first glance feels like a BS12, (Not surprising as my BS12 had a BP of 287) but we'll see. I think for me at the moment at least I like rackets with a 295mm BP or so, so I don't hold high hopes of the 168.

any idea how much bs lyd will be sell in malaysia?
-
12-21-2011, 01:21 AM #1008
well, in general BS11/12 sell at 600 retail (420 discounted) but its probably going to be more since
1) it has Lee Yong Dae's name on it and
2) i hear they're increasing victor prices in malaysia across the board
so maybe same as spira's prices? 650 retail (465?)

I'm really not sure about the different in Victor TW code and other.
BUT, 2 years agao when I bought the Brave Sword 11 KR code ( bought directly in Korea). There is different in the racquet's paint job compare to others code
ONLY The KR code have the signature of the Lea Yong Dea (Korea team) near the handle ! Which is very special ! Much beautiful than the signature in the BS LYD racquet !

Wah!!! It's very nice tranphuloc :-) I would prefer the signature on other places coz the grip would cover it :-(

Dang tran! That is sacrilege to have that finishing tape advertising "Yonex" so blatantly next to LYD's signature on the cone!

i just bought the SW310, i'll test it out later. you better be right
its 3u though
actually i went there to buy the BS169 for a christmas present for my wife since her arc9 was making a squeaking noise. probably rotten wood
i was there busy fondling the sw310 while he was stringing the bs169, he decided to throw in the SW310, an extra VS850, 2 more karakal grips + karakal grip powder for an extra rm200.
now i feel like for the same price i could have bought a MX80 instead :S
