Victor Germany is a bit confusing and their specs in the cataloques. They release weights with strings and without strings. The reason is that some Victor rackets have a default stringing job and some comes without a stringing job. E.g. Meteor X80, BS10, BS11 are only available without a stringing job. They stated strung and unstrung racket specs. Your Spira22 is 3U.

Yesterday I weighed my Victor Spira 22 and Yonex Arc 8 DX.
Their weights are 95 g for Spira (including strung Karakal string, plastic cover the grip) and 100 for Arc 8DX (including BG 70PRO string and 1 grip I put on). The 5g difference should be the grip on Arc 8DX.
From these weights, we can say that my Spira 22 is 3 U.

Most of the Forzas - top end ones anyway - are rated as 'stiff'. Their idea of 'stiff' is STIFFER than the MX80 or SW35, and combined with the 96 hole stringing pattern, the Ti550S was essentially unplayable for me. If you think the SW35 is pretty average and not stiff and you're stringing it at 31lbs, try the Forzas. Otherwise, their high spec and zero resale value make them a difficult proposition. I tried, I failed. Happily.

again... i own yonex arcsaber 10 3U and voltric 80 LTD 4U... now want to change my playing style from attacking to control / defense.. thinking to buy victor racket to try...previously was asking between BS series and SW series.. and i did recommended to get BS11 3U instead of SW37 3U/4U...

another question... what if i wanted to get MX-80 4U ? is it better that BS11 3U ? since the price for me is same.. (BS 11 3U buy new from shop is around RM 420... MX-80 4U brand new buy from friend also RM 400).

any suggestion ? Thanks

4U MX80 is one of my all time fave rackets. However I'm still not thoroughly convinced that it's a step up from the BS10 - just a step sideways into a more 'crispy' feeling racket. It might have a slight stiffness edge, but that's about it.

You have to be careful that both the MX80 and BS10 are a significant steps up in stiffness compared to the Arc10 and VT80, so be wary of that. If you're cool with that, then my all means get a MX80.

Arc 10 is not that stiff, VT80 stiffer but Mx80 deff. the stiffest out of the 3

Do you use different strings? The tension influences the feel, and if you're not as experienced with different tensions/strings/rackets, you might get the wrong impression of the racket as a result. When I first started playing, I often confused the softer/harder feel of a string with the feel of the racket. What's important is not how hitting the shuttle feels, but how the racket handles - there are certain ways in which a softer racket will behave differently from a stiff one.
The VT80 and Arc10 I used felt nice & direct, but they were certainly softer than the MX80. The VT80 actually did not feel as head heavy, slow and stiff as it's made out to be, no comparison to most of the Li Ning N series (regarding the heaviness).

guess the pics was really bad on the china site. I thought it was black and yellow at first. Looks like it is black and gold.

The pictures on the taiwan site is far better.
