Hi, new member here. Anyone tested fake bs 10 before ? Any different compare to the genuine one ? Recently went to a local badminton store and ask the price of the bs 10, they quoted me RM 600 plus, I said it's too expensive and the shop salesman recommended me the fake one, he told me it's almost the same feel like the original one. He quoted me RM 170 with stringing and single beg. It comes with TW code and he said it is from the highest grade, can string up to 26 lbs.

Negotiate a little or go to a different store. RM 600 is pretty expensive for buying a BS10 in Asia, you should be able to get it cheaper. Unless you don't really care about getting a BS10 and just want any cheap racket, I wouldn't get the fake as it will NOT have "almost the same feel like the original one". Since they widely vary, you have no idea what the actual quality of the fake is; it's highly possible that it'll break on you really quickly.

agree with bluetornado on the fake rackets.. had a few players in my club trying to join on the victor racket bandwagon and ended up had more frame cracks with fake victor rackets than myself owning a genuine. End up spending more than getting a genuine one from the start.

^^ Victor doesn't have any decent singles rackets ie head heavy. You'd have to go to Yonex specifically VT80 and VTZF for a good singles racket.

Not quite true - head heavy doesn't make or break a decent singles racket. The SW series is very decent for singles use, as are the Meteor or Bravesword rackets if used correctly.
Concerning Yonex: remember that the Arc10 is/was one of the most popular singles AND doubles rackets - yet it's only moderatly head heavy, unlike the VTs.

Hi Victor Fans!
It's my first time posting here, hope I post it at the right place.
I need some advice from people here:
1) I'm currently holding onto 2 rackets; the super nano 3 and BraveSword 09, both strung with VS850 at 24lbs. I played once a week, 2 hours each time as there was only 4 to 5 of us, each doubles match is rather intensive. very little breaks in between.
Now to the rackets, correct me if I'm wrong, the super nano 3 is a mid-stiff, slightly head heavy racket (could not find much information about it since not much people is using it and is a discontiuned racket) as compared to the BRS09 which is a mid-flex,slightly head-light racket. The SN3 was first strung with VS650 at 23lbs which gives me plenty of miss hit, off 'sweet-spots' shot and could not do net-play in which I later restrung it with VS 850. After re-strung, I stopped using it for awhile and decided that I might not be suited to the SN3 setup, I bought a BRS09. BRS09 to me, suited me to the core, my mis-hit are fewer now, net-play had improved, smashes are decent though the angle of smash could be improve. Has been playing BRS09 for about 80percent of the time.
Now undetermined to keep my SN3 in my storeroom, I begin to switch back to SN3, usually during the last 30min to 45min of the overall session and recently using it for the entire session and keeping BRS09 in the bag. Mis-hits improve and now I could do net-play. I also find that my right forearm ache more as compare to using BRS09.
The Question: After this experience, should I get BRS10 or MX60? I felt that I had improve my strength after using SN3. Do you think that I am ready for stiffer and head heavy racket?
Thanks for taking time to read this long post.

Price is usually around USD $180-190.
The racket is great! Probably one of the most powerful from Victor and it doesn't lack control either since it's not so heavy. It's been my goto racket since I bought it. I even have 2 collector editions, wondering if I should open one :P

The BS10 is much stiffer than the BS09, and I'm not familiar with your other racket. I would advise you to go with the MX60 if you did well with the BS09, it's more head heavy for a little more power, but not much stiffer so it won't give you as much problems. The BS10 is really stiff, and if you had problems hitting the sweetspot consistently, it's probably not right for you as mishits are quite jarring with it.
