    Well there's a badminton at the local YMCA tonight at 8PM I think since I haven't been there a while. I suppose you know where that is... If you don't, it's close to Square One. It costs $12 if you're over 16 and $6 if you say your 15.... ;)

    Other places are the Frank Mckenie Community Center close Hurontario and Bristol, they have badminton on fridays from 7:15-10:15PM.

    Then there's my local badminton club which is held tonight at 7:00 - 9:30PM, I'm pretty sure you can drop by, but not with alot of people. Prolly like maximum 2-3.

    PM or ICQ me if you want to goto my club tonight. :D
    I can't stand to see a fellow member not playing badminton when they want too...:p

    zero, you go to erindale, for hp? im thinking of going next year... im only in on saturdays right now though, for "volunteering" at junior, then playing at senior...

    well, yudhi, club ends next week, but i suggest you sign up early...
    the club is called Erindale jr. BC, here is a schedule

    High Performance (feather, and for "advacned" players) = Tuesday
    Ladder = Wednesday
    Saturday = Lessons/games/etc...

    or you could just go to the YMCA in the summer, which is what i do

    btw, whats your name, zero?

    Not really, the club I play uses both feather and plastic. You can choose to play woth feather solely, but it will be expensive...:rolleyes:

    Welcome to Canada!:eek:

    Well, Canada is my second choice after US.

    Actually planned to stop over in HK for some badminton, but time was running out for me Cheung :)

    Maybe when I return for holiday :)

    Even when you are using a cab20? <shock, horror> Aiyaa.
    But not next time;)

    Forget what I said about SARS. I came back from badminton tonight and saw Toronto on the news having had the WHO travel alert slapped on them.

    Now who is scared now Cheung....haha...

    But good thing we live in Mississauga. But Toronto is only around a 45min drive away, so it is still pretty bad...:rolleyes:

    I guess I must be paranoid or sumthing because I always use those hand sanitizers from Purell like every hour or so. But it is really ironic since I don't want to wear a mask....:p

    There is no need to know since I suck so much.;)

    Hey Yudhi, next Tuesday is the last day for badminton club at my place. I guess you could come next week. But don't bring too many people....;)
    Maybe 2 is the maximum because we can only bring guest per member. But since I'm like one of the best at the club (which is really sad!), they don't really care....haha..:p

    I'm 15 and need somewhere to practice

    Hi, I live in Mississauga and I'm starting to practice for the ROPPSSAA badminton tourney, are there any places that my partner and I can go to practice, or does anyone know of any reasonably priced clubs/coaches that could potentially help us? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    For YMCA mississauga you can check out the badminton schedules on their website. I think majority of the badminton time throughout the week is on Sundays (12pm ~ 5pm) .

    not sure what the level of the player are like, I would like to know too. since I reside in Kingston most of the time and come back to mississauga only for holidays
