List of players is almost the same with Sirnas Jakarta, pelatnas's second and third layer and Djarum top shuttlers also playing here.

I saw Nova Widianto partnering with Taufik Hidayat in MD, is this the Taufik who won the OG gold medal? If yes, is this the first time for Taufik to play in Sirnas?

Pelatnas's 4 young MD pairs are not fielded. Sigh.

From Jakarta lets move to Bandung.

    my review in WS.

The #2 seed,Ana Rovita will have a very tough path, facing Renna in 1st round, Yulia in 2nd round, and Hera Desi are waiting in QF. If Hanna pass Lya, she will take on Ganis. Bellaetrix should redeem her lost in Sirnas Jakarta by winning the title here, Febby and Nana should be the potential opponent in QF and SF respectively.

    Review of GD U-19

Gloria/Khaeriah who just won the Sirnas Jakarta title few hours ago, will meet Anggia/Shella in QF. Potential opponent in SF is Melati/Ririn. Hope Gloria/Khaeriah can repeat their good perfomance in Jakarta.

    Review of GS U-19.

Tough one, Berliyan will face Anggia Shitta in 1st round. Dinar is the hot fave to win the title. Not so interesting, since Hanna has tried to play in WS, and Setyana,Intan,Ruselly should try to play in GS U-19

With virtually the same line-up as the Sirnas Jakarta, I am expecting Djarum's MD and BD to dominate.

Hahahahaha.... Again, Ayu Wanda lost to Mutiarani, and as expected Putri lost to Ganis. I hope after this tournament, both will be dropped from pelatnas!

Wow, Mazziyah Nadhir trashed Rosaria 21-5 21-17. Pelatnas secure 5 spots in Qf.

    QF line up
    Fransiska vs Elysabeth
    Bellaetrix vs Febby
    Ganis vs Mazziyah
    Hera vs Renna

Watch out for this very young Djarum BD pair (I believe both are 14 this year): Yahya Adi Kumara/Yantoni Edy Saputra.

They won 3 consecutive titles prior to Sirnas Bandung (Sirnas Jakarta, CWMDC, and Indocock Walikota Surabaya Cup).

They were competing in Pemula (U-15) in Sirnas Jakarta and have been promoted to play Remaja (U-17) for the very first time.

Results: Won 5 matches including beating one seeded-pair!

They are scheduled to play against their senior, the Asian U-17 BD Champion Jeka Wiratama/Rafiddias Akhdan Nugroho, who are also the top-seed in Sirnas Bandung. It will be a shocking result if they can beat Jeka/Rafi.

As expected, Djarum's BD pairs take up 3 out of the 4 slots in SF of U-17. One more pair in Arsya Isnanu Ardi Putra/Hantoro, who avenge their loss in Sirnas Jakarta to their arch-rival R. Eka Fajar Kusuma/Rian Swastedian.

In MD, 2 Djarum pairs are certain of places in the SF. The other 2 slots are being contested by Rizki Yanu Kresnayandi/Albert Saputra (vs Ivandi Danang/Hardianto) and Fernando Kurniawan/Wifqi Windarto (vs Taufik Hidayat/Nova Widianto).

In BD-U19, only 1 Djarum pair makes it to the SF so far, Arya Maulana Aldiartama/Edi Subaktiar (who beat the top-seed Hafiz Faizal/Putra Eka Rhoma). Rizky Susanto/Felix Kinalsal will be the other pair who's in contention. But they have to beat the second-seed Ade Yusuf/Rizky Hidayat.
