    Recently ive improved to the advanced level of play and im currently wondering if theres any tips people can help me with , ive been playing for a year now and i no longer attended weekly training and ive just changed raquets from a yonex armortec 250 to a black knight ghost pc

    I think what urameatball means :)rolleyes:) is that your question is very vague, and that this whole forum is bursting with tips and advice of all types. If you have areas with which you need help, then use the search function (near the top-right of the screen). You will find tons of info.

    However, if you have read and devoured all that can be gleaned from the forum, yet still have an unanswered question, then post here again in a very specific manner. All the best.:)

    Read all the threads and you'll get alot of tips. And what technique do you want to improve? Footwork, serve, smash, etc.

    Youtube has some videos that are alot of help. I like the one about backhand clear. Using a squash racket or a badminton racket with a head cover to practice your backhand clears. Thus strengthening your forearm muscles and wrist.
