Hey, I've been playing badminton for around 7 games now, to give you a comparison of my skill - I'm better than my friend who has been playing for a over a year now. Probably since I play tennis and table tennis a lot.

It's been hard for me to find a coach to train me muscle wise and game wise, do you guys have any tips and training drills I can do on my own?

    Thanks for your time,
    Charles.

Skipping ropes is a good way to train.
