so yesterday I changed directions quick and know I have this Sharpe pain in my foot when i step down, I was told the pain is in my metatarsal.
but since yesterday its not feeling to bad just a bit sore since I put ice on it, but i have a tournament tomorrow, so should an ankle support help? or should I pull out.
    thanks

The decision is always urs. Its not ur metatarsal. its a bone and unless its broke, its not causing the pain. Must be muscle and tendons around them. Generally its best to rest it and elevate it and ice it but the choice is urs like

Yeap, it's nt ur metatarsal.. If ur metatarsal is broken, u cant even move.. It must be the muscle.. Just rest it..
