Whoa, is that nostalgic or what! These two racquets are... how old...? Twelve years old?! I still have my Carb15 as well. But interestingly, it has a built-in T-joint as opposed to the explicit one that is shown in the photo. Guess mine is an updated version then? -Rick
Original CAB 10 The original CAB 10 was an extremely sturdy racquet. Mine went through numerous clashes and came out intact. The thing just cut through the new generation of racquets like a hot knife slicing through cold butter.
Original Cab 15 was a very fine racquet but broke easily. I broke 2-3 in 1 year in 80's and never was able to keep one. I think it was what Ti 8 is today or was. Never heard of a pro using though.
I have 3 of the original cab8, and still play with them today. They got many scratches and one of the racket's frame is a bit crooked, but still good to use. Back then (about 20 yrs ago) this was so popular - everywhere we played everybody owned at least one cab8.
