This search for the Coaching director or whatever is just another high-profile game of smoke-and-mirrors. The real problems may remain masked under the layers of authority (unaccountable) and stagnant bureaucracy (impotent). And that suits the Board just fine.

But don't give up on Ubah! Use the toilet cleaner and flush out all the bureaucratic impotents and 'tidak boleh's, use the toilet brush and scrape off all those clinging to power for the sake of - power also.

It often a shame with leaders of sports associations and their cronies (being there for no other reason than to be there for no reason) have faces' skins thicker than a rhino's hide, even when 10+ years of records shows that they have failed to meet a standard benchmark of churning out a formidable team. I mean just throw in 3 MS, 1WS, 1WD, is that so much to ask after 10 donkey years? But no, they have no shame. Cling to the post like a scared child clinging to the mother's apron. Just leave and let others have a chance before you suck the nation's resources dry.

Could Nadzmi be regretting he did not counter offer PJB? So now he thinks the miracle he needed to save his seat is kapoosh?

Be that at is may, i think he knows he can't be shaking his feet on his table for long as the state of affairs of both churning out talents and it's management in dire need of a miracle revamp will eventually take a toll. Let's see how long can he breathe easy from now on.

These people, you don't know whether it's a wayang kulit or the truth. Everything has a hidden agenda.

Rationally, a step down is only imminent if they want this fella. Now whether this is going to unfold remains to be seen. So it is rather another way of saying, 'if you don't want me, others want me', sought of a reverse psychology. I don't really think this fella is worth is salt over here, much less over there.
