Services and return of services and netplay will decide the match - both pairs are strong in defence and
not really oustanding in smashing so have to go for placement shots.

I like the winning shot by HTH. Both CHN pair were stranded.

So what can I say? Really speechless. From a tough draw, they fought one pair and another and finally they are in the final. If those watching, in first game against Boe/Mogensen, second round Shin/Koo and SF against Cai/Chai, they are down at certain stage of their games but with determination and never give up attitude they managed to catch up, overtake and win. They show the right attitude that Koo/Tan are lacking. And they are smart enough to play a flat game and seldom lift unless desperate. Their weak back smashes are covered by fast flat attacks.
Their strategy should be learn by Koo/ Tan.
They already surpassed their best result and for final, hope they can give their best and results will be secondary as their feat so far already won them respects.
Hoon will now motivate many fatso to take badminton seriously.

    Bo/Mo, Ko/Shin, Ivanov/Sozonov, Cai/Chai...
Hoon/Tan has shown that they can beat some of the best to reach today's match

Unfortunately, today they met the best... and there's no shame in that.

They have earned a new found respect from many Malaysians... unlike another pair...

Apparently it was their first international tournament. I think what they got is pretty amazing.

yes, indeed, with determination you will be rewarded accordingly...when you did your best, winning will become secondary...hope they can at least maintain some good results after this

Make comparision with Thailand's Tesana(when he was still playing). Tesana is tall & big size, made it look effortless

Ah How failed to 'curse' LYD recently CHN SSP final to win a title, however able to beat least aggresiveKo/Shin, now he with Ah Tan set another target for beating KOR pair duo Kims who always beaten Koo/Tan easily... will they?
