haha....I think is fair for Ah How to have his own thread, something to remember for this silent fighter...not overrated but definitely underrated,

    Facts:
    Name: Hoon Thien How (云天豪)
Born: 24 December, 1986 Kuala Lumpur
Best Achievement: World Junior Champion 2004 (with Tan Boon Heong)
INA Open 2008 SF (with OSH)
    AE 2011 QF (with Zakry)

After some searching, found out he is LYD assasin, some notable one:
    2004 WJC HTH/TBH beat LYD/JJY 2-1
2009 Asia Championship HTH/Lin Woon Fui beat LYD/Shin Bael Cheok 2-0
    2009 Taiwan Open HTH/Amelia Alicia beat LYD/LHJ 2-0
    2010 MAS Open HTH/OSH beat LYD/JJS 2-1
    2011 Sudirman Cup HTH/TBH beat LYD/JJS 2-1

H2H with LYD in MD 4-1
H2H with LYD in XD 1-1

no big achievement at the moment but hopefully when he retire, he will have something to be proud of....:D:D

Very useful player to keep around and spring surprises.

Imagine the possible combinations in the next Thomas cup,

TBH/HTH, KKK/GWS or even MHC , enough to keep their counterparts in China, Korea,Denmark and Japan guessing!

So BAM must have a good reason to keep somebody, old saying good things come to those people who wait.

if I can remember correctly, HTH used to partner TBH, Chan Chong Ming, Lin Woon Fui, Lim Khim Wah, Ong Soon Hock and now Zakry.....
if there is time, i will list out some notable results he achieved with each partner....

Wow..that's a lot of combinations..he is the utility man, underrated but capable of springing surprises. To make up for his speed and power, he is cool as a cucumber, accurate with his placings of shots and a damn good defence.

this guy is good! his style and body shape is almost like markus kido! :p

very few unforced errors, as compared to tbh

excellent serves with the bird wobbly and tight to the net, making it difficult to return

and most important of all, no fancy shmancy hi risk shots like you-know-who! :D

Since thomas cup in KL, i already knew Ah Hoon is Daniel's idol:D..

Btw, maybe rexy can consider partnering him with TBH in tournaments to come. Try pair up KKK with Zakry.

    They can be world beaters!:eek::D

HTH is very mentally stable, but I have to agree that he's underrated, even I greatly underestimated him because he wasn't impressive with Zakry or with OSH (besides the big win against JJS/LYD)

Has quite a sad story actually, ever since TBH paired up with KKK and won the Asian Games Gold Ah Hoon has pretty much been on the sidelines... but he stuck with BAM all the way...
