Smile Please review on GOSEN RYOGA SERIES

    Hi,

I am planning to buy one of Gosen Ryoga Series racket, but I cant seem to find much reviews about them in this forum. Can someone please post some reviews on any of the Ryoga Series Racket or comments for those who have used it before?

My level of play is between intermediate and advance. I like to play singles but most of the time I play doubles because of the club. I like to smash a lot in doubles and better at covering the backcourt (baseline). My level of net player is only at average, so usually I prefer to stay at the back if possible. I am also pretty good at returning smash when we are defending.

Which Ryoga series racket will suit me better?
    1. Issen
    2. Tenbu
    3. Shiden

Thank for those who replies to this thread

For the ryoga series, I am pretty sure it cannot be found in Singapore. I have seen Tenbu and Issen in Honly, JB before though. Not too sure whether they have Shiden. You might want to call Honly to see if they have it. I bought my tenbu from www.e78.com.hk, but i bought it in Hong Kong itself. I am sure e78 have Shiden too. from e78, the price of the ryoga series is all the same. for honly,jb, it is the same between the tenbu and issen, din notice whether shiden is available there anot.

From the review , the tenbu's BP is the lightest , while the Issen's BP is the heaviest , seems like NS9.9K n AT900P , however the shiden is even balanced , but do take note that the shiden is semi iso like the Arc Z not regular iso.

Oh.. so the shiden's frame is smaller, not like the regular semi iso? I know the frame is egg shaped like arc Z, but not the regular size?

Which is better for doubles play, an even balanced or light racquet? I smash alot.

Yes the frame is smaller , like the Arc Z or TC700 , like bro vcrpex mentioned , honly has the Issen n tenbu , I saw them there too , you should check them out , as for which racket is suitable for doubles , only you can answer it yourself , just go for the racket that feels good , there is no one particular racket that suits every doubles player that's why there are so many rackets in the market for sale. Wish u all the best in finding the right one.

Is shidden similar to z slash? Or there is a big difference in the feeling of using it?
