Sorry, for quality of those pictures. As i take using my Blackberry.

Both this racket have same physical for thickness of frame and shaft.
Only one things, length of racket. Woven Ti-888 shorter 3 mm compared to MX80.
Then shaft stiffness, Woven Ti-888 more flex little bit compared to MX80.

    Will trying at next Monday.

    ;):d

    pardon my lousy skills

    enjoy

i do still think Fleet Woven 1000 has a more elegant touch to its finishing
Woven 1000 does have FULL woven coating.

    Okay, you've piqued my interest.

What are the specs and cost of the Woven series, and can I get them without any stickers ;)

Gosh, went past the 15min editing time, was going to change the pics to ones with my watermark :S any admins can help me?

my 888 Ti came with a tag having 86g and 292mm, from Eric of Squash_Mart. They are much cheaper in price than Victor and Yonex, while having great quality in my opinion.

my 1000 woven (can post pics this weekend if you want to see it) :D is 3U, other specs not quite sure, just know it plays very very nicely for me. As far as I know, Fleet does not have the Woven series with no additional paint ons, they kept it minimal though.

Ti888 has a thicker frame and also a stiffer shaft than 1000. How it plays...I will try out tomorrow :)

I think you can manage your attachments in the "settings" area .... but you will probably have to make a new post forr the pics. Nice pics btw  especially for a BB :D or maybe it just works for these kind of shots, a little grainy :) .

Okay, so I spoke to my insider, and apparently they're 'more than likely' from the same manufacturing contractor. It was one of those "neither confirm nor deny" type conversations :) Apparently also, the Fleet doesn't have the 'built-in' MP bulges at 12 o'clock, but I can't confirm that either because I haven't seen an 888 in person and I can't see from the photos.

RKEP Eric has the Ti888 and it's slightly cheaper than the MX80, but the problem is, it would have almost no resale value compared to the MX80. Cheaper isn't always better, which is my main reason for not trying an 888 yet.

Of course after this season of competition is over and I'm in the mood for experimenting again, I might just pick one up just for fun

Managed to have a fondle of the Ti888 and as much as it pains me to say it, despite the fact that it has a full woven Ti-Mesh head, it's identical to the MX80.

There was another model of Fleet that I saw, a 'Woven' something, which I think it THE classiest racket I've ever seen. Simply stunning graphics in black gold and red.

If they play as good as they look, then Fleet is definitely a brand flying under the radar.

Thanx Mike for reporting back. With only $40 difference, as you said, it's easier to choose a known entity.

Yeah, true. At this stage I think I'll get another MX80 (less and less convinced I need the 70 as I like the stiffness of the 80), but after that, the Fleets are definitely on my radar.

Seriously, pictures don't do this thing justice. It would almost be too pretty to use!

Sorry to revive a semi old thread, but just noticed this on the yehlex uk website.http://www.yehlex.co.uk/product/WOVCNT66Even though it's a different model number, it's description and even it's looks is remarkably similar.
