Format of the Sudirman Cup must be developed

    I strongly believe that the format for the Sudirman Cup must be changed.

    There is too few matches between the best team. Only one tv-court with poor scheduling.

    Ande the seeding for the event is based on all five categories, but you only need 3 strong ones to win the tournament.

    Then in the lower levels I don't see much motivation for participating. It's expensive and you cannot win anything at all.

    I prefer the previous Sudirman's format
    There was promotion and degradation

    I agree. I don't understand why they changed it for this year. No promotion, and nothing to fight for or move up. Teams in the lower levels will just have to raise each individual discipline's rankings to raise levels. But on the other hand, more teams get to compete for the cup at once.
