Default Help, How to spot Fake Victor Spira 21?

Here's some pictures. Everything seems to be fine for me including the source (Permai Sport JB, MY), except the serial number.

I believe the number is MYA7043370 but, as shown in this picture, the upper part of the number is not printed(or laser engraved im not sure the process) properly.

what do you think guys? is this a fake one?

i am not authority when it comes to victor. however, a few things to consider.

if you bought from reputable source, then there should be not much to worry about.

some Victor do have that butt cap.

Victor has multiple factories in both Taiwan and China. and apparently they all print the serial number differently. there is no one single style like Yonex. so it is hard to differentiate purely from the font alone.

there are a lot of fake Victors out there, not as much as Yonex, but they are out there.

sorry i am of not much help!

thanks kwun... i just checking it out... coz it's a silly mistake to have serial number missprinted like that. only part of the number printed while the head of those numbers had been cut...

    Dear LightSaber,

Maybe u can verify/call the Victor distributor in Malaysia.

    TEL: +60-342936692
    FAX: +60-342916692
    EMAIL: fesd@po.jaring.my
    ADD: 9G,Jalan Pandan Indah 4/6A,Taman Pandan Indah,55100 Kuala,Lumpur,Malaysia.

don't worry everything looks in order. some serials for Victor rackets are like that, one of my SW35 is like that but it's legit. and thats Victors old butt cap, not the new one.

Default How about this SP 21

Cracks appeared just after 3 days of play (~ 1hr/day). Seller (badmintonwarehouse.com) not responding. I think I got a fake one.
