can any one suggest some racket training exercise to do at home on my own?, I have a coach and train etc but I just wondered if anybody knows of any good training exercises to do?, I don't mean fitness just racket skills. thanks

Attach a rope (net replacement) at 1.55 m height from the ground up on the wall. After that play against the wall and try to play everything slightly over the rope(~5cm).
