Well, for those of you needed to get more cushion in shoes, you can always spend $10 on buying an better insole. I have been using the gel insole for ages in my badminton shoes, and it felt great!!
The brand I am using is the "SOF SOLE", and the model I am using is the "Comfort Airr". What it does the most is to absorb shock and provide you soft feelings.
I have been using this with my 89MX for quite a long time. So, if you are wearing badminton shoes, you might want to give this a try and see if it helps. (especially if you have knee problems like I do, you should give this a try. Overall, it's just $10 and you can't lose) ]
The SOF Sole are great. No more heel pains.
Brought my Hi-Tec shoes to Sport Mart as well to try the insoles. Must have ticked off the salesperson since I tried different types and took my time before deciding on Comfort Airr ($20 + taxes).
