MBS load spreader at 12 O'clock
Recently I purchased 1 pair of MBS load spreader.
I am using only one from the pair at 12 O'clock of the Frame.
Should I also use at 6 O'clock (mean both 12 & 6 O'clock)?

I am concern how you clamp the last cross (bottom up situation) with the load spreader on the way.

Actually I have not yet faced any problem at the last cross (bottom up situation) with the load spreader.
Should I use at 6 O'clock?

12 is pretty much a must, but 6 is optional - the frame is a lot stronger down there. There should be no clearance issues at the bottom of the racket with regard to clamping etc; the top might be a different story, though.
Personally, I use both, and I've stuck some old overgrip on mine to make the faces softer and get some traction to prevent the racket turning in the machine.

I use both as well. but my machine initially does not have the clearance to be able to string the last cross string at the top without the load spreader catching the string.
so, i sawed off the initial rubber bulge on the post on 12o'clock then only insert the load spreader and that solves the problem.

i find that load spreader at 12 o'clock is a must.
while some are pretty strong, there are also many rackets which are not strong at that point. it is better to keep it safe and not make any dents on client's rackets.

Ive never used them and strung up to 30 on electric constant pull, but usually in the 20-28 range. I'll probably grab a pair now that theyre cheap.
