Hello! Today I've received a really interesting racket called Carlton Powerblade 8000 bought on ebay. On the thermobag which covers 3/4 of the racket is a label "Carlton Powerblade Graphite". Racket has V-joint instead of T-joint, medium flex and medium balance. Weight: 90g, material - high modulus graphite, string used - Carlton powerpulse 70Ti. Since there is almost no information on the internet (there was only one link about Powerblade Graphite on the central, but I don't know whether it was the same racket), I'd appreciate any info about it. Is it for intermediate players or maybe Pros? What time was it produced? Thanks in advance! Pictures:
wow, it must be a pretty old racket.. I don't think it's a pro racket my wild guess it might be from mid 80's I saw a very unhelpful website about it, if you want to check it: http://bewertung.karstadt.de/7835-de_de/3148772/reviews.htm carlton powerblade graphite is different: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Carlton-Powerblade-Graphite-Badminton-Racket-RRP-110-/300208361830
Yep, I found this link on karstadt sport site too, but it really doesn,t help. As I can say racket is from the mid 2000th. On the other side it can be a fake. Oh, there are also two labels on it: "direct control system" and "torsion control system". Comparing to my MegaFlex F1Ti, it's definitely stiffer.
