As far as I know, Zylon has been used for a while by Babolat in their tennis line-up
Looked at som tennis rackets using Zylon 360:
Zylon has been of interest in the airforce industry due to it being stronger/lighter than Kevlar :-) (its a polymer material).Zylon 360 Technology
Zylon 360 Technology: Zylon 360 is a high performance material, developed by Toyobo of Japan. Its light weight and high tensile strength contributes enhanced strength and stability, while retaining maneuverability.
I sense the Nano-technovolgy is just in its infancy so far for badminton-rackets..

Sounds like an interesting material for badminton.. But woven Nano would perhaps be even better :-)

I don't think we'll have the technology to weave nanotubes for a long time.![]()
