    Default Yonex ultima series

    Hi guys,
Any reviews on the ultima shoes series? They are "clones" of shb99, shb98 etc. How do they play compared to the original shb99 and 98 etc. I heard its the cushion. What about the traction? Are they recommended?

    No good, don't try.
Durability and shoe cuttings is worst.

Hehe..the genuine one fits well n feel comfy, while the fake one looks the same but hurt u deep inside.Genuine one can last up to a year or so..a fake can only last within 6 months..First,the insole..2nd,the stitching..next,who knows..
For shoes..i'd prefer a genuine yonex,or else, just any other genuine shoes..i don't wanna risk injuring my self,or spending money over something that won't last long..

The ultima series is genuine. Its from the yonex line. They are selling at reputable chain retail shops such a sportslink in singapore. I guess they wouldnt be selling fake yonex shoes to smear their reputation?

Judging from bcers comments, i am lucky to have not bought a pair. I was at the shop this afternoon and was really itching to buy a pair.

    Well..buy one if u're so eager..n if u're so sure it's genuine..=).

We're here just to give comments,n opinions..u're there to make the ultimate decision..=)

i reckon if you don't have the budget for the proper shb98 or 99, then you should go with an alternative brand such as mizuno or asics, rather than get a clone.

    Here's my advice..if u really like it,n u feel comfy while wearing it..just buy it.Don't bother about us..since it's u who's wearing..not us.=)..besides,we don't really know what shoes is that u're talking about.Who knows if that it's actually a good shoes..

how much will these shoes from the ultima series cost? below S$100? for this amount of money, you could get a SHB-71 or good shoes from other brands eg. victor, ashaway, mizuno etc

its going for s$69.90 at sportlink outlets, and the main difference between the more expensive pair is in the insole/cushioning part....besides the price of course.

Can't find any information about it as well. Anyway, if they are cheaper than genuine ones, there must be a reason... Fake shoes may do harm to your toe, ankle and knees etc. I suggest you turn to genuine ones.
