If yes, i'd really appreciate your opinion or comment on the SM-3's r just the brand itself.

Yes you could. Classic Sports is selling RCL Supreme tournament grade shuttles @ S$27 per tube.

The boss Mr. Soh uses these shuttles for his badminton group which comprises of competitve players. I bought a tube from him and found the shuttles quite durable.

    Default Different grades

RCL has different grades of shuttlecocks, from those shuttles for kids (less than RM10) to shuttles with over RM60.

Lower grade RCL shuttles are mainly sold in super markets like Mydin. Higher grade RCL shuttles are mainly available at sports shops and badminton halls. RCL is quite popular in Northern Malaysia especially Penang.

    Default RCL shuttlecock

    hi all,

i am runing a club in london is call guys and dolls badminton group.

we have been using two type of rcl shuttle

1- rcl no 1- very nice to play with and the create solid sound for each smash
but in term of durability still classic gold is much better althought the shuttle weight not as heavy as mr no-l

rcl classic- each shuttle can last for a game (for upper intermedite level)

uisng we use 3 tubes for 3 hour in two court.

Tried the following two tubes of shuttlecocks recently. A local seller brought them in from Malaysia and we were given a trial pack to test. Results based on a low-intermediate group of players.

RCL Superior - Could last more than 8 points. We were on 5-3 and the feathers have broken away from the stem. It costs S$27.50 per tube.

RCL Perfect - It lasted nicely in one men doubles. The used shuttlecock is still good for some light warm-up. It costs S$32.50 per tube.
