    I used to think monopod is easier on me but I find the movement is limited so I no longer use monopod, I use biopod....my left arm....

    Hmm, why the guy's shaft in the 2nd picture is bent in an underhand shot? Anyone knows?

    ..sure, if one has a strong enough wrist, arm, hand and/or the racket is semi-flexible, it's possible to bend a racket in any type of swing.
