If the numbers he posted are what they are, the racquet is certainly fake.
However, that is not the point here.

As has been repeated umpteen times, this is NOT a thread for shopping enquiries or for qualifying ebay purchases :(

I've only seen US, CD, SP, TH before.

Can someone kindly advise me whether my this newly bought racket is genuine or not? Feel puzzled as ther shop owner tell me it is a new model and it does not have the wording "Light" on the shaft and the color is blue instead of yellow.

hey leehsim 1000 thx for verify my racket. But I have one more question:
why the shaft serial (1579070) is so low? does the serial number starts from the beginning after 9999999 ?

To be honest with you, the cone code is looking dodgy. The digits mean the following:
    1st 2 digits: day
    2nd 2 digits: month
    3rd digit: year after 2000
4th digit: No one really knows; might be a batch code.
Letters: distribution code, SP is south pacific. There are many of these distribution codes but no-one knows how rackets from different distribution codes differ.

So, going on that, your racket should have been made on the date 11/21/00 which is nonsense there is no 21st month and the Arc7 wasn't released in the year 2000.

Personally, I wouldn't trust ebay for rackets anyway. However, I'm sorry you were unlucky this time and hope you didn't pay too much.
