To be honest with you, the cone code is looking dodgy. The digits mean the following: 1st 2 digits: day 2nd 2 digits: month 3rd digit: year after 2000 4th digit: No one really knows; might be a batch code. Letters: distribution code, SP is south pacific. There are many of these distribution codes but no-one knows how rackets from different distribution codes differ. So, going on that, your racket should have been made on the date 11/21/00 which is nonsense there is no 21st month and the Arc7 wasn't released in the year 2000. Personally, I wouldn't trust ebay for rackets anyway. However, I'm sorry you were unlucky this time and hope you didn't pay too much.
