I have checked in the information of your Yonex NanoSpeed 9900 shaft Serial:8247309 ; Cone Code:300192SP (date=30 Jan 2009) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its shaft serial and cone code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

Need your confirmation of cone code 260556IP or 240556IP.

I can't veify the authenticity if it is 260556IP because I can not fit into my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.
