Default RSL #1 tourneys

Heard they went down in quality this year, but still considering purchasing them. Anyone willing to share their experience with the "new" batch? Can't really refer to DinkAlot's reviews as he said it's "obsolete" now.

Thanks.

I bought mine early last year. They are reasonably good. No problem with flight/speed, durability is acceptable.

We bought 50 tubes january this year. Durability went down, the feathers break more easily. Flight is still ok, maybe a bit light.

The batch 2 years ago, when 1 feather broke, the flight of the shuttle is still ok. But the new batch, if 1 feather break, the shuttle is often useless.

The price of the shuttle is still ok comparing with other brands. But in HK, I would try Kimoni's. Bought 2 tubes january, there were even cheaper, flight maybe not as good. Durability looks like a bit better.

Bought 2 tubes of RSL No.36 I think... Can't remember... Their quality is acceptable, not bad but not good. Now I'm using Victor's shuttles as they have very good durability and very reasonable price compared with Yonex's.

The quality is alright I guess, but its not the best for the money.
It flies a bit beyond average new, steamed.
When a few feathers are broken, they fly faster and better than most.

Not so sure abt RSL 5....i usually try and get shuttles within the range of $22-26....anything lower than that, quality or durability probably doesnt suits me

i found that tournyes #1 is not really that good as DinkAlot described..
i tried it few weeks ago and i am not gonna to buy that particular brands again..the feather is break through easily and it is light..most can last for 2 games..it costs RM48...i rather buy Apacs Aero FLight 700 which only cost RM 52 and its really durable and the flying speed is very fine...
