Probably many dump their NS9900 due to new models and the ArC Z effect. But i would say.. keep your NS9900.

Thats strange, befor i bought my ArcZ i was trialing an NS9900, it was fine to me, only problem was it didnt seem to pack as much power as the arc10... but other wise i dont see why people would be dumping it...

I think if one were to "dump" rackets, it proab makes sense to "dump" not too old rackets....racket value drops with age...though I am sure cab 20 lovers would disagree...

Yes ArC Z is different from other rackets. It stand out on its own both color and performance. Its truly unique. Take some time to get use to it.
For a start i do suggest to use a 3U version first! For a month or so on a regular basis. And if you dont like it.. then shift to 2U.
Very well said. I am an Arc Z 3U user. Like many, i am not used to this racket and my play performance suffered. But i don't give up and use it regularly for almost one month now (got it 5th Oct). I must say it is finally my first choice racket and my No.1 racket now. The speed, and power, the smash, even the net plays and drops......wonderful.
At least there is one 3U Arc Z supporter here...

the longer a person use the Z-Slash the more "understanding " between the racquet & the user ...

People keep 'dump' on that NS9900 because the racket/yonex didnt do much improvement on the technology ..... Based on what I heard~Relax~!Different people have different citaria

Easy Tiger,

relax mate, there certainly are many conduits as to where rackets are moved! if the zs users deem it unplayable (no way i am seling my ZSes or ns9900s or any racquets) it's none of my bizniz.

what do you care if people are moving their wares? i think it makes sense. it is still 'hot', 'in' and can fetch good money so why not get something in return for something?

as i said the reviews are pretty mixed. some might decide it's not for them at the initial try but our good badmintoncentral provides a myriad alternative views. it wouldn't be a surprise if people are swayed back and forth.

I'd have to agree with MetalOrange here. When i first heard the claims of fastest smash ever, it piqued my interest. When I heard it was lopsided, I didn't like it as much. When I first saw the color scheme, I almost burst a blood vessel from laughing. But then I saw it in person and it actually looked pretty good. The only thing stopping me from getting one is I KNOW I'm not good enough for this one yet. But the really good offer from silentheart on his arc zs in the buy and sell forum very nearly almost got me.

racquets of past and and present changes hands all the time for the right price. no biggie. i got myself offered a vintage cab 20 in mint condition for USD220...the thing is, i don't buy second-hands cos i don't hv gps to check it (by gps, i mean 'ground penetrating device' used by geologists--oops, kidding)...

i don't sell my used racquets too cos i want to keep em. the ones i like, i'll buy 3 max! so, 3 ns9900 and 3 ZSes.

anyways, i like zs a lot. i really think that the swing speed has to do with revamped aerodynamics and the flat beam at the top of the iso square head made the smashes harder.

as to feeding the need for speed, well, playing is better than jive talking about speed. but admittedly, it's a good marketing ploy fm yy.
