    Please Check for me. It cracked at 12 o'clock at around 25~26Lbs tension     with NG95 string . Can I claim warranty for it due to stringer fault?

    So far all the ones from there have been fine ...

    What is the name of the store?

    Double check the numbers? In any case stringer error is not covered by warranty ...
